what can she do?
In practical terms, she can do a lot of things. Such as bleed off minor amounts of kinetic potential from the matter around her, and focus it as an attack (think "getting hit by a thrown object" only no object, just the energy). She can heal herself or others using an enemy's own potential (which also slightly inhibits his or her own healing/recovery rate). She can steal power or speed from her targets and imbue it on her allies, making the enemy slower or weaker, and her team faster or stronger. And she can also negate the effects of inertia or momentum, granting herself and nearby allies the ability to leap or run far beyond their normal capabilities.
She's a blast to play, especially on large teams where her 'force multiplier' talents can literally turn the tide of battle. Solo, not so much, but she holds her own.
